Has anyone experienced this error? I can't find a thing about it in the service manaual. I get a "CPLD configuration error 0 -(3049)" on the UI.

Actually it ended up being the cam developer sensor.

yup, I just got a callback myself today on a machine that had this error and this sensor fail about 2-3 months ago... tech was out last week because the issue returned and tested in diagnostics which showed the sensor was not actuating... he measured the voltage to the sensor and got the same 4.9v at the sensor but 5.0v at the main supply. after removing the sensor and cleaning the encoder and sensor he found everything was working again even though there was no noticeable contamination... the issue returned yesterday.

I'm averaging one kip sensor failure a week lately and im replacing the same "improved" sensors with more "improved" sensors over and over so I'm not seeing any improved performance of reliability with these...

so replacing the developer cam sensor is the fix? thats cool yay sensors!
