Have a 9000 that has less than 100k prints and it is squewing the print about 4mm from one side to the other has anyone see this ?

I had this on 2 9000's.
On drawer 1, on the left side there will be a leaf like spring missing or broken in half.
It holds pressure on the drive shaft that feeds the paper.
I thought KIP said I was the only one with this issue.

this is showing on all four drawers if you check the paper the print lead on left my be 6mm from edge and on the right it is 8mm

Well just check the drawers 1 and 2.
All paper feeds though the second drawer and would effect all drawers.
This is something easy to check and can save a lot of time.
On my 9000's all drawers were effected as well.

Charlie, we've seen this on the 8000s before and it turned out to be the cutter that was causing this issue. You can adjust the the position of the cutter slightly.
