I got called into a customers site because the cyan wasn't printing. There was yellow ink in the air supply hoses in the ISS, so I changed out the tubes and installed a new yellow crtridge as the old one was leaking. Upon restarting the system, the cyan startup printhead was empty, the cyan tube was empty, and there was again yellow ink in the wrong part of the air tubes. HP wants me to replace the ISS, which doesn't appear to have anything to do with delivery of ink. I think that the Air Pressurization System needs to be changed. Any ideas?
