I HAVE A CUSTOMER PRINTING A PDF USING ADOBE 6.0 FULL SUITE AND THE RIGHT SIDE OF A 24"x36", ABOUT 12" IN ON THE RIGHT SIDE, THE IMAGE IS GONE. PAGE SCALING AND THE IMAGE IS POSITIONED CORRECTLY BUT THE REST OF THE IMAGE IS MISSING. I HAVE TRIED OTHER PDF FILES, SAME THING. THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT HAVE THE PDF OPTION AND IN THE PAST I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET AROUND THIS BY USING THE WINDOWS DRIVER. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT. Very Happy Very Happy

Upgrade to Adobe 7. This is a known issue. ( I just found out about it the other day the same way you did.) Thanks to Neil for this fix.

The problem is that Acrobat 6 has a problem with printing in 600 dpi. if you change the settings in acrobat to print at 300 dpi it will print the whole image. this is a solution for customer that do not have the cash or want to upgrade to 7.0. 7 has the problem fixed for the 600 dpi settings.

They don't need cash - use the free reader 7.x
