Does anyone know how to adjust the scaling? I have the manual and all it says is cut length. The problem with the machine is that if you measure 3 feet, it is off a 1/4 inch and it get larger the longer the print.

Any help will be appreciated.

I have a 3000 that the scale is off but only scan to print. Machine plots 36x24 dead on no problems. Scan to print the page is 36x24, but the image on the print is stretched between a 1/4 and 3/8 inch. I did do a scan calibration and it's still off.

I looked pretty hard to find a way to do imaging scaling on this printer. There does not seem to be a way to check to see if the scaling is off on the printer or on the customer side. I did adjust the customer software and the problem is better. My files that I use to run test prints off my notebook are fine on other 3000's but this one they are off. I hope there is a firmware update to correct this.
