Are they using Scan 6.2?
If so, they need to install Request 6.2 on the workstation.

Yes they are using 6.2, I think they have Request on the PC but I will check.

What ended up fixing this issue? Also, does it have to be 6.2 Request, or can it be a newer version?

I know on the 2050 the "In set scan" error usually means the scanner is in interrupt mode. I can't remember if the 2200 has an interrupt button. Worth a look.

That error normally refers to a problem with the KipLang.Dll file. You may need a newer file and register it using the command:

RegSvr32 C:\Windows\System\KipLang.Dll
