Couple of weeks ago I got a call that the machine would not see the thumb drive, or print from it. I went out and seeing the usb port was good, decided to update firmware. After the update the machine would see the thumb drive. Got an email today and the machine is again not seeing thumb drives. I've asked them to do a hard power rest. and let me know. My concern is that maybe the hard drive has a problem or the main pca. Has anyone seen a simular problem and has a fix? Or does anyone have any ideas? Thanks
