i have a Kip 7100 and is giving a Jam J-0107 jam in separation. Paper bunches up at the fuser but does not make it in. I can run several prints before it jams. I have replaced the fuser exit sensor as the book says but with no luck. Sensor changes state in service mode

What about the PAPER EXIT sensor. It has the encoder wheel on it. Had 1 that would keep messing with me. Turned out to be that sensor. Run some then jam.

Found the problem. The right front brass bushing on the transport belt unit would seize up sometimes and cause the belts to stop driving. It had actually worn into the shaft
