Bad dev motor or driver??

Check the developer unit drive belt. Make sure you remove the belt and inspect the entire belt. I’ve had a few that the tension arm for the belt come off a the swivel post and the belt teeth get ripped off the belt. KIP has a TB about a clip to keep this from happening. |

We had E-0310 dev unit 1 error. The belt for dev unit 1 was shredded. Replacing the belt fixed it. Part # Z354602660. |

Also adding to this there is a clip that they came out with to make sure the drive belt doesn't get shredded. Have to check the tech bulletins to see but it keep the belt from sliding. |
