Hi,
Copier was installed about a month ago. Know it has to do with waste toner motor. Is there anything common with the E-202 code? Going out to look at machine tomorrow, customer is around 100 miles from shop and wanted to get as much information before going out.

We had this issue on our 970 and it ended up being a faulty sensor, what i did was mask error till i could get part in. |
