1. reseated connectors = worked for a month
2. restart controller = worked for another two weeks
3. screen went blank again, unit is barely 6 months old
any ideas please? |

When the screen goes blank have you checked to see if the SystemK Controller (Computer is shutting off)?
if so. You might want to Check to see if the CPU fan is turning. If the fan is not turning it could be causing the CPU to over heat and shut down.
I have seen this happen before and the odd part is if the customer just sends a small job (1-5 pages) it's okay, but when sending a larger job 15 plus papges it would overheat and shut off.
If the monitor is just shutting off, plug in any other monitor and see if the video is bad. |
