The xerox manual's elec bsd's are much better than Kips. I can email the manual to you but need your email address.

Replaced the board and was able to get 4 individual prints to print. I upped the count to 2 copies of the same page and it began with the same exact problem again. Now it won't even print a single sheet without stopping. I'm open to any and all suggestions.

Just curious if you have tried running the machine without the auto stacker to see how it prints?
Have you tried masking the E-07 error code and tried to print something?
Have you actually replace the exit (reed sensor) and the magnet on the actuator arm? I have seen these be very flaky in the past and actually have had to replace the magnet a few times.

Last have you tried telling the customer it time to upgrade to a new machine? kidding somewhat.
