I haven't been onsite yet I was hoping that I could get some advice on what to do. I am trained but have very few that I service. so thanks in advance. below is what customer said was wrong.
"SCREEN ON MACH IS NOT WORKING. ONLY SHOWING A DOT. UNABLE TO PRINT" |

Sometimes the embedded controller doesn't start. Remove the back and locate a gray button on the controller and start it manually.
BUT I have had these go bad as well and had to replace motherboard. |
