Is it 6” in from the right side door lines up with the density sensor?
I had a 9900 dusting the printhead with toner every 10-20k sw/ft
always in the same area 6 inches in. Tried replacing main charge wires, led cleaner, wire cleaners etc. even tried rebuilding the developer unit. I was scrolling though some post on this forum and ran across someone else having the same issue. They said they replaced the main charge assy and the problem went away. I also replaced the main charge assy and the problem went away. I even put the old assy in another machine and it hasn’t caused an issue with that machine. But I have not had to clean the led head other than on regular services since. |
