Every once in a while the message, unable to communicate with folder, will pop up. Location "061" is set to "0". Since the customer is T&M I'd rather not re image the IPS on their dime unless it's necessary. Your thoughts ????

Firmware? What firmware?  This guy bought the printer at an auction and I have tried to distance myself from it. Guess next time I'm in the neighborhood I'll have to check the FW version. Thanx for the reminder!
