Hi My customer was scanning to SMB mailbox to their server running 2102 Server but after their IT ran updates to server we can't make SMB connect anymore. tried reloading KIP OS 7.4.817 with a ghost and still no luck!
was working fine.... Any Ideas??

Server 2012 DOES Not have Ver 2 on it

If it was working before the update I would look at permissions.

Make sure that if their IT updated passwords for their server, you'll have to update it on the IPS also. This happened to me a couple weeks ago. Customer lost connection to SMB and they were told by their IT that no passwords were updated but when I got there, it was a different story, they did update the password but didn't know it had to be updated on the IPS and I think they just didn't want to be bothered with it.
