i saw a remark place on the earlier forum where Dlee had a problem with the PW300 series and solved by louiedxb but now i"m having likewise same problem on TDS400 .... first i changed the ntc 2nd from left (standing in front machine) same error 8510... and still have the error 8510.......changed the center ntc on the fuser fan unit stil error 8510.......now about to echange the whole fuser unit from a fully functional 9400(to omit trial and error on individual ntc )......where is this leading to.......!!! |

YEAH.... U CAN SAY THAT AGAIN.....BUT WE FINALLY BROUHT THE ISSUE DOWN TO THE SSR ...As all the ntc were working fine when we transfered the whole heater assembly ...but still could not get the heater running....... finally recalling ....there was a faulty ntc(2) that touched the plate it 'sat' on that resulted in the 'short loud thud' that tripped my overall ac supply .....so i assume the first to give way would be the SSR......await the sparepart before going further!.....its an OMRON GNE-20A-220TL-24 THAT WILL DO THE JOB FINE.....ANY COMMENTS PLS |
