Hello, I replaced the fuser drive kit and now get an error E-003. I suppose to go into Service mode to clear the error but I can't. I powered off the printer, turn it back on while holding the MENU key but nothing happen. The manual noted "It is impossible to enter the Service Mode if the key operation is locked" How do I unlock it? TIA

Sorry. I should have read down below that I have to press a sequence of keys to get in service mode
