After replacing scanner main board ( D CON ), I'm trying to perform Stitching Adjustment and getting error saying ( failure. stitch symbol not found). I have a clean document glass and shading sheet, also inserting sheet in correct direction. I replaced scanner board on 2 different machines to test and having the same error. Is there another setting/adjustment that needs to done first? Thanks in advance.

Are you using the CIS Scanner Utility from a Laptop? I had somewhat the same issue of it erroring out when trying to calibrate/stich adjust the scanner. It would error out when I used the software utility from my laptop and it would error out when I used the utility that is in the controller. My other tech went there with his laptop and was able to calibrate with no issues. Funny thing is that my laptop, the controller and his version were the same exact version. I had him copy his utility over to the controller and then the controller was able to calibrate with no issues also.
