I am getting an E-0321 error after a couple of prints. The E-03 error in the book refers to the main drive motor, but what is the "21" part of the error?
Does the main drive motor need replacing?
Thank You
Alan

If you look in the 7770K manual it refers to this being a transfer error
(E-0321/E-801) Abnormal output of Process 1 Transfer Charger
Cause Checking
order
Checking Result Treatment
Feed Back Signal 1 Check the status of Transfer
Corona Feed Back Signal
(HVTR_FB) in Input Check
(Signal Code: 0061h)
Is the status of Feed Back
Signal “H” while test print is
taken?
(“H” = normal / “L” = abnormal)
Refer to; [8.6 Input Check]
No Check if its load is
leaked or not.
Note: When the test print
is finished, all of these
items go back to “H”. |

I would try swapping out the transfer and separation coronas and make sure everything is clean of debris. |

Thanks to those who posted suggestions. Cleaned everything real good. Still had error. I separated the HV transfer and sep wire from the spiral anand snipped the ty wrap to the frame ant the problem is solved. Current leakage through the wires I guess. Thanks again for the tips.
