Our Kip 7900 jams with a J-11 every print. It has 2.8 million square feet on it.
When you send a print, it only feeds a few inches and the cutter cuts. There is a 3 inch piece of paper right on top of the Paper Gate Roller.
The sensors in the area have been swapped around to no change. I just got back from changing the paper gate clutch, which also had no effect.
Any suggestions? |

make sure non of the door switches or any other kill switch is not getting weak. Just had a J-10, J-11, J-12 code come up on a 7170. turn out to be the switch for the developer door. |

As best as I can tell, the main drive is not engaging the inner transport. But the gears look to be in good condition. Has this happened to anyone? |
