jpg works and I believe tiff will as well. You load the picture onto a computer that is on the network, then you push it to the KIP. You do this through request.

Are you people kidding me?

dealerlogo.jpg. Push the file to the controller.

Go to service menu's 2 screen. Click on accept.

Wow...that was tough.

Look at the screens for once in your life. Read some documentation.

I BELIEVE THE ORGINAL POST ONLY ASKED HOW TO DO THIS. IT SAID NOTHING ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH THIS TASK.

TYPICAL TROUBLESHOOTING TECHNIQUES.

HOW ABOUT GIVING ALL THE FACT ABOUT THE SITUATION AT HAND. IF THIS IS AVAILABLE, THEN A SOLUTION MIGHT BE FOUND.

When trying to do this, the files are transferred to the controller to the Installers directory. The 3000 then looks for this file and places it in the dealer directory once "Confirm" is selected in the Service menu.

If the file is not in Installers directory, then it was not transferred properly. If the file is there, then the 3000 should look for it and allow you to select it.

IS THAT A BETTER SOLUTION OR WAS IT MORE HELP!!!!?????
