I'm going to be removing an old 7700 whose lease is up this week. For security purposes, the customer wants the hard drive wiped. Obviously since the operating system is on the same drive, I can't simply format it. So what would be the procedure for this? The machine is running version 7.4. |

Just reghost it with the imaging cd |

Yes, just reghost it with the CD. Then replace the machines key codes. you can even take that hard drive out replace it with a new 1 and ghost the image on it. then you can give the customer their hard drive |
