is the 7700 pressure roller the same as the 7900?
ie O.D. bearings etc
Kip has different part numbers on the 7900 |

I would say that even though they may look the same, they are probably not. Fuser and pressure rollers have different part numbers between the 2 models. Also, the 7900 PM Schedule replacement for the fuser roller is 980,000 SF and the 7700 is at 700,000 SF. If they are exact sizes, you could probably put a 7900 fuser in a 7700 but I would not recommend the other way around. I'm guessing it's the composition of the fuser rollers OR a good ploy from KIP. |
