| Hope i can get something to try. I have a customer with a KS8 770. The windows 8.1 kip if you will. They updated to autocad 2017. Fonts are screwed up printing from windows driver. Theyre trying to add the autocad driver and keep getting an "access denied" message even when running the add a plotter as an administrator. |

| I would make sure they are using the correct Windows driver and AutoCAD drivers. Make sure they are not the SystemK versions. They need to be the Legacy versions |
