|
|
Hello All,
I've got a brand new 7570 that's giving me a void vertical line down the length of the prints. Toner on the LED is the cause. Wiping the toner off the LED corrects the problem temporarily. This is a recurring problem after semi long runs and happens in the same place. Any body know what could be the cause of the toner buildup on the LED?
Thanks,
Qblueprint |

I have to clean the printheads on my production 7970's at least once a week on average. It has been that way since they were installed. |

I have found it usually is the grid that causes this issue. Clean it very well and let it air dry or use 1 out of another machine. Also install a new charge wire. |
