We have a 7100 with 750k sq ft.
24x36 sheets are coming out wrinkled and creased.
Tech cant figure it out, trying to blame the paper, but It's their paper and Ive been through several rolls and even tried 24 lb bond and it wrinkled.
anyone else experienced this issue? so I can tell the technician what to do
Thanks, Punchy in Indy |

Was something recently replaced/ adjusted? Run a print and stop the printer in mid-print. Try to determine where the paper is starting the wrinkling from. Right out the paper drawer? After the cutter? in mid-transport section? under/after the fuser section? That is what I would do first. Once you pinpoint where the wrinkling is starting from then you'll be one step closer. |
