I have a 7170K that is giving a "scanner error" message and no further details. The scanner appears to be connected since all the lights are working and the page is pre-fed, but never feeds fully. There is no error shown in the service mode. Can a scanner error only be displayed in the scanner utility? And if so, how do I get to the Windows desktop to access the diagnostics? |
