After setting the service program to tell the unit it is a 4 roll/2 drawer machine......it says that drawer 2 is open. And if I leave it in that state for about 2-3 minutes it then errors out to a E 50 on the LED screen as well as the GUI.
No such error in book!
I did check the micro switches for the decks in the back....Ohmed them and swapped them out......same thing.
Any ideas???
It use to work as a 4 roll device this is not an option that we are installing now.... It always had 2 drawers.

| I'm guessing you already tried this but I couldn't tell for sure by reading your post but, did you make sure the micro switches are getting actuated when closing the drawer? |
