Got a call about scanner giving line simple recalibrate, when i get there go to do a test copy scan acts like it wants to grab print you hear the motor spin for a second then stops, Get the whole story has been that way for months.
Anyways checked all connections swapped USB cable checked belt gears everything looks good leaning towards a new motor or board want to know if anyone else had this issue.

Make sure you have the latest Firmware. I chased a Eraser Lamp Error for a couple days and a firmware update fixed it. I'm looking at all of the TB and Tips and don't really see anything pertaining to your issue but you never know.
