I have a 9900 that dusts the Print head with toner every 500 sheets or so. We can wipe it off or press the exp. clean button on the machine and it will clean it up for another 500 sheets or so, then it will come back.

The print fades out in about a 5 inch span just left of the center, rest of the print looks good.

I have replaced all corona wires, developer rollers and seals, and the drum

I have cleaned out all excess toner on the machine and vacuumed the cleaning roller.

Any help here would be appreciated

Thanks
Matthew

Try a different charge assembly. This seems to work every time. Have you removed the grid and cleaned it?
