error code 21:13
replaced service station but still get the error. cant even get into service mode to test anything. Any ideas? |

| I would use the T10 screwdriver and manually move the service station and then proceed to check all of the wires to reconnect them and make sure they are reset just for good measure. If that doesn't help then the carriage is bad and need to return for a new one. |
