we have a customer who is having some issues with his main scan calibration. when he copies a 36" wide drawing he said the drawing is about 1/8th" shorter width wise. it is fine from top to bottom but it is shrinking the image in the main scan direction (left to right). i looked in the manual and saw the Side Margin Adjustment (sub mode #004 under adjusments) and from what i read in the manual and looking at the graphics, i would assume it would be exactly what i needed. i tried the setting at the min. & max. and didnt notice any difference though. after talking to the helpful kip tech support, the had me calibrate the scanner. i went through the calibrations and still no change. any ideas?
