In case this hasn't been resolved...

There are 5 basic NTC's and an Absorber (Reflector) NTC that work in unison in the fuser to determine temperature. The NTC's are numbered one thru 5 starting on the left side (facing front) of the machine. They all need to be funtional to operate the machine

There is a specific error code for the failure of each one depending if it's over or under temperature.

Temp too low...
08504 - NTC 1
08505 - 2
08506 - 3
08507 - 4
08508 - 5

Temp too High...
08515 - Reflector NTC
08516 - 1
08517 - 2
08518 - 3
08519 - 4
08520 - 5

Replacing the faulty NTC will clear the error at next boot. They are accessed thru the rear panel and thru the opened fuser top.
