Trying to find settings Closest, Exact in the new K Series. |

I don't think that setting is in the new software. Are you having an issue with jobs printing different sizes? _________________ I'll have a tech give you a call shortly. |

My customer is trying to print a 30X42 and ran out of 30" paper, machine shows (coasting no media) instead of switching and printing on the 36" roll.
They had a 3000 before and wanted to set to closest. |

It's under the web interface. Login through ip address. Enter administrator password and click the printer tab with a gear over it. Under machine settings change auto rotation to paper save clockwise. You may have to mess with the wastage setting to get what you want. |

Thank for the help guys, Auto Rotation didn't do it but setting wastage % up to 100 and making sure Schedule Jobs on Loaded media IS checked took care of issue |
