We have a customer that uses an old piece of software from KIP called Scan Client.
Error message:
"Can't complete scanning."
"Because available memory is low or small value is set in Long Document Settings".
"Please try to rescan."

These suggestions might not help, but:
Your scan destination might be full. Did you try to scan to another scan destination?
Do they auto-name their scans? If memory serves me correctly, you couldn't have more than 16 characters in a name or odd things happen.
Also, if they use the auto default naming convention (ie TEMP001.pdf), when it reaches TEMP999.pdf, it's supposed to start over at 000. |
