Screen goes blue and you can faintly see the UI in the background and still usable. When it goes blue, there are white lines at the bottom of the screen. Customer reboots and then all is well again but it will randomly revert back to the bad screen. Anyone seen this before? monitor issue? video card issue? When I got there, the screen was working normal. I confirmed all connectors had good connection and wiggled the cables and could not reproduce the issue. Here is a pic of it, that the customer sent to me.

There's a small door above the screen that hides the monitor controls. The next time the screen messes up try pushing the "auto" button and if that doesn't work try the "power" button. Shut it off for a moment then fire it up again. That may tell you if the monitor is trying to take early retirement or its an issue with the IPS.

Thanks for the advice. The customer hasn't called me back so I'm guessing, he's OK.
