On our 9900, running unattend v.7.4.817, the IPS isn't booting up when the machine is turned on in the morning. We have to manually press the button on the front of the IPS to turn it on & then it runs fine. It shuts down normally when the printer is turned off. I've checked the cables & also run chkdsk on the C & D drives.
Has anyone else seen this?

Thanks!

Check the power management setup in the bios. Could be the setting to boot up after power failure has changed

Try this, close unatnd, click start, shutdown and make sure restart is checked. If you need the BIOS setup let me know and I'll email it to you.
It's also possible that the NVM battery has failed. Don't pull it until you have the setup settings.

If you could send the settings to me, that would be great. It is an Intel-MSI box.
I thought about the battery, but it's still keeping the time, so i wasn't sure.
