I have a PW350 and wanted to know if there is a way to print a network printing log without actually locking them down to having to log in every time they print to the OCE. Much like the Print Reports in Request where it shows the Job #, Date, Time and/or Requester. They mainly want to get a report of requesters, even if it's just by PC name.

Haven't played with it myself. Should be possible. You will have to account logic. I believe it is web based.

Maybe this will help.

The customer doesn't want to do the account logic or anything that has to require logging in. They have two depts using the same printer and they just wanted to show that one dept is using it more than the other. I guess I have to stop referring to KIP, but like I said before, Request Print Reports, you could print a job log history with a predetermined date and it'll show you all the jobs and from who's PC the job was submitted from. No big deal, customer asked if it was possible and I thought I'd ask here. Thanks.

Probably would have to set something up a the print server level.

Something like this.
