What causes this?

How do you get rid of it?

Thanks.

Use the PS driver for files with PostScript information in them or postscript files like PDF files. large multipage pdfs printed with the hpgl2 driver can cause the hp to run out of memory and display 79:04.. it can also be caused by a defective consumable or someone attempting to print to it with the wrong windows driver. its basically the blue screen of death error that comes up when the OS crashes in the hp.

I've also flashed the firmware for this error and that has resolved it.
