Can you download the firmware to a jump drive and then install it into the printer? Cant seem to find the FIRMWARE file?/ On HP's site? Thanks. _________________ PPCPete

http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=5404550 This is where I downloaded from and put it on my thumb drive. When I got to the account I found they were already on that firmware , but it looked like you can update from a thumb drive.
