customer says the machine will say add toner but if they reboot the machine will print a few prints then says add toner. bottle has toner in it.
machine is 200 miles away so i was looking for any ideas. |

Try changing the toner sensor wiper. If it was 200 miles away I would change the toner sensor as well.
Also you might check the toner bottle drive motor. |

| Ask your customer to put a mark on the toner bottle and try making a couple of copies and see if the bottle is turning ,this way you will know if it is the toner motor that is faulty. :) |
