Replaced bearing and gear kit it ran 5 prints then it jammed. Checked for obstructions found none. When it hits the fuser it curls up and that is why it's jamming. So I cleaned fuser roller witch has almost a million Sq ft on it along with pressure roller. Made sure that the bias clip was clean found no broken stripper fingers. Did run fuser motor and everything is working properly anyone have a similar problem

Prints may sometimes gets stuck in the middle of printing while in the fuser roller area, giving the customer a Clear Paper Path Upper Area message.

Check DC120 and DC122 and they will most likely show 8-200 fault code.

A Possible cause:

The Fuser Motion Sensor may be dirty.

Clean the sensor with film remover. This will help to remove the paper dust and may solve the problem.

hopefully this will help others the reason it was jamming after a pain staking search was the exit unit has a wire attached on left hand side and if you don't get it in the right position it keeps the exit assy open a little and jams.
