If your scanning to PDF, it a PDF limitation., Try scanning to TIF and see if it still gives you problems! |

In the User Manual for the 720, it says max. scan length is 25 meters BUT image quality over 6 meters is not guaranteed. I'm not sure if file size would be the cause but try to scan at the lowest dpi and see if it'll pick up more image, lengthwise. Just a thought.[/b] |

yes as per the manual it should work but even 100dpi is also giving blank image, but file size is showing like there is data inside but when we open file there is nothing just blank complete white. |

Try scanning to the embeded controller to see if it is a slow network issue. _________________ "If you mess with a thing long enough, It'll break" |
