Grasping at straws here. I have a customer with a system K controller. The problem is that when AutoCAD is launched it locks up. If the Kip windows driver is uninstalled then AutoCAD runs fine and they can print through the desktop app. Kip has been helping but they have not come up with a cause for the lock up. I am wondering if anyone is using Copy Track and using the System K software. If so are there any issues with the windows driver causing any lock ups?
