Correct me if I'm wrong but sounds like the only way toner can get on the back of prints would be belt . can the belt be cleaned is there a cleaning blade on these machines? Maybe a voltage issue? |

The C7800 lays registration and density patches on the transport belt for registration alignment, vert/horz.. it takes a few prints to completely wipe them away off the belt after the adjustment ends. If it jams at the fuser the fuser will take a few prints to clean itself up again too. Both scenarios will leave toner on the back of prints. |
