Hello:
I replaced the upper and lower fuser rolls on a KIP 7000HDP and now when I put everything back together and turn the fuser thumps and skips. even when I turn the fuser motor by hand it does it. I have totally released the tension on the pressure roll and it still does it. How hard should the fuser be to turn with just the gears? From the parts diagram it looks like everything is back together alright. All of the tensioning spacers on the non drive end of the hot roller are installed just the way they came off of the old roller. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated greatly>
