Anyone know how to get to the actual Win 7 desktop? Crt.-Alt.-Del on an external keyboard brings up screen with task manager, but that is all. We are looking for a way to see if there is a "Problem" folder to delete a file(s). Or does this just not exist with the K System?
Also, new machine install in-house. Seem to be getting Counter Error on a regular basis. If I go into service mode and do the reset all is fine and it resumes printing. Anyone dealt with this? |

if you tap 2x on the upper left of the touch screen then 1x on the upper right then 1x on the upper left again it will close the touch UI. not 100% sure on the problem dir, seems like the file structure has changed some. |

The new Ghost image was suppose to fix that issue. Have you Ghosted the new image that was released the first of December. _________________ "If you mess with a thing long enough, It'll break" |

In task manager hit "file" "run new task" and run "sd" (show desktop)
In the upper left of the touch screen there is the 940 logo, "940" twice "Kip" once, "940" again, should drop you to the desktop. Insert your model in place of "940"
The new ghost seems to have solved the counter errors.
It does not look like there any kind of problem folder.
