Had this 9800 for 15 years and yesterday morning upon opening Reprodesk, Reprodesk came up saying 9 days till the print and scan codes expire.

Double checked for correct time and date on the computer and it was correct, however checking the date on the scanner/controller was set to sometime in 2038? Changing it to the correct date made no difference.

I am not familiar with this setup for reprodesk is there a way to try resetting or reinstalling the codes? Do they really have an expiration date when no equipment has been changed? Apparently I now have 8 days to figure this out.

Corrupt files in the Reprodesk software folder.

XML files I believe. If you do not have a backup of them then you may need to uninstall and reinstall Reprodesk.

You will need all the original Codes that match that MAC address in order to do this.
