I use INX RubberKleen, has some smell to it. Usually when the heat roller gets toner on it, it's time to replace it.

I"m guessing the INX is to lightly clean the fuser roller. I have a used fuser roller sitting on the shelf and there is toner "baked" onto the roller. I tried to remove it with the INX.....FAIL....lol. Unless I'm doing it wrong.

The rollers are usually hot when I clean them with INX. Maybe 111 trichloroethane or Acitone will get it off when cold but I wouldn't bet on it with the toner baked on like that.

I going to try the INX on a hot roller. It is time to get the roller re coated but I'm trying to get a few more miles before I send it to Alden & Broden.

Thanks,
Qblue

After getting the toner off, I put some gooey xerox fuser lube on the roller, helps keep the toner off for a while. Have to re-apply after a while too.
